Founded in 1983, Critter Control® was developed around an entirely new vision for resolving nuisance wildlife and pest problems. All of our locations consistently practice humane wildlife management. We control rodents, provide bait stations and recurring service, remove larger vertebrate pests and perform an integrated variety of control approaches to wildlife management and animal damage repair and prevention. Leadership Team
Joe Felegi, General Manager, Critter Control
Joe Felegi serves as the general manager of the franchise system. Mr. Felegi started his career at Critter Control when he bought his first franchise in 1989. He has served as the vice president of operations for Critter Control Operations. Over his 30-year career, he has owned seven franchises located in Florida and New Jersey.
Mr. Felegi graduated from Slippery Rock University with a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Management.
Jason Burkhart, Managing Director, Operations
Jason Burkhart started as a wildlife removal specialist in 2002. He has worked as a district manager and region manager.
As the Managing Director, Operational Support, Mr. Burkhart utilizes a formal background in biology and wildlife ecology as well as proven field experience to keep Critter Control on the forefront of innovation and customer service in the nuisance wildlife control industry.
Mr. Burkhart graduated from Eskine College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and earned an M.B.A. from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia.
Jason Sacco, Division Sales Manager
Jason joined Critter Control in 2014 as the vice president of corporate sales and moved into the role of vice president in 2016. He also owned and operated five of the top performing offices throughout the United States.
As the division sales manager, he develops and implements large scale training, sales, employee development programs.
Mr. Sacco holds several certificates in Integrated Pest Management from Purdue University and graduated from Western Governors University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Jason Leinneweber, Division Service Manager
Jason Leinneweber started his career with the wildlife division in 2009 as a wildlife removal specialist. Throughout his career, he has served as a district manager in Oklahoma, Houston, San Antonio, and Dallas.
Mr. Leinneweber graduated from Texas A&M University – Kingsville with a Bachelor of Science in Range and Wildlife Management.
Mark Blonksi, Vice President of Operations
Mark Blonksi joined the wildlife division in 2019 as the Northeast region management team. He currently serves as the vice president of operations.
Mr. Blonksi graduated from the University of Pittsburgh and earned an M.B.A. from Liberty University.
Stephen Moore, Region Manager
Stephen Moore started in the wildlife division in 2018 as the district manager of Dallas-Fort Worth. He currently leads the South Central region management team.
Mr. Moore graduated from Texas State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Texas, Arlington.
Donald Morris, Region Manager
Donald (Donnie) Morris joined the wildlife division in 2022 and currently leads the Southeast region management team. He previously worked as the regional manager for Crane Pest Control.
While serving in the United States Marine Corps, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the University of Phoenix.
Joe Tucker, Region Manager
Joe Tucker has been with the wildlife division since 2008 serving as district manager and director of quality assurance. He currently leads the Central management team.
Mr. Tucker graduated from the University of West Alabama and earned his M.B.A. from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
Rory Smart, Region Manager
Rory Smart joined the wildlife division in 2016 serving as a wildlife service technician, division recruiter and the region service manager. He currently leads the Northeast region team.
Mr. Smart received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Eckerd College.
Aaron Pollard, Region Manager
Aaron Pollard joined the wildlife division in 2020 serving as the district manager in North Carolina. He currently leads the Carolina management team.
Mr. Pollard earned his Bachelor of Science from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
Rebecca Dye, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, Division HR Director
Rebecca Dye joined the wildlife division as the HR Director in 2021. She leads the HR team and oversees the HR support functions.
Ms. Dye graduated from Northeastern Illinois University with a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development.
Jonathon Mitchell, Division Controller
Jonathon Mitchell joined the wildlife division in 2020. He is responsible for financial reporting and managing the AP and AR teams.
Jonathon earned his Bachelor of Business Administration, Accounting from the University of West Georgia.
Jeff Campbell, Vice President
Jeff Campbell joined the wildlife division in 2003 serving in a variety of roles. In 2018, he was promoted to vice president.
Mr. Campbell graduated from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science, Biology and has also earned a Master in Science in Forestry from Mississippi State University and his M.B.A. from the University of Alabama.
Kathleen Liles, Managing Director, Marketing
Kathleen Liles joined the wildlife division in 2019 as the Managing Director, Marketing. She leads the marketing team and is responsible for marketing strategy and media relations.
Ms. Liles graduated from the University of Florida earning a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations and a Bachelor of Arts in English.
