Kolbie came out to check on my raccoon problem in the attic. She educated me about raccoons and the reason they chose to make a home in my attic. Alvaro's crew came the next day and completed the job within a day. Alvaro also explained the situation and ensured everything was done right. We have been using Critter Control for my company for over a year, originally they sent Kolbie out to do an inspection and she was very knowledgable. She took her time looking through all 5 of our warehouses, top to bottom and didn’t miss any activity going on. She talked us through all of our options, and took her time explaining the difference in services and warranty. We also all thought it was awesome that they have a woman in this field climbing in attics since it’s something you don’t see everyday! She wrote up a proposal before she ever left the property and we were scheduled to start on going services for raccoons and bugs. Philip has been the employee who’s always come out to spray, and he doesn’t just skim through our pest control, he makes sure he sprays everywhere he can, does a great job, and he’s picked up raccoons in cages very quickly when captured. Overall, we have an outstanding experience with critter control, anytime we’re experiencing more critter/pest issues, we call Kaila in the office and she is quick to schedule someone to come out and take care of us. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience with Critter Control! I cannot say enough good things about Critter Control and their team. From the very beginning, the response was extremely fast and professional. Ms. Kolbie came out and was absolutely wonderful. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an amazing job communicating throughout the entire process. She took the time to walk us through what was happening, explain what might need to be done, answer our questions, and make sure we understood the next steps. Her communication and customer service truly stood out. The response time from Critter Control was outstanding. By 8:30 the very next morning, the crew was already here getting the job done. Alvaro came and knocked on the door to let us know they had arrived, which was greatly appreciated. The entire crew was extremely professional, respectful, and got straight to work. They showed great attention to detail and made us feel confident that we were in good hands. It is refreshing to see a company that truly values customer service, communication, and getting the job done efficiently. We are very grateful for Ms. Kolbie, Alvaro, and the entire Critter Control team for their quick response and excellent work. Wonderful encounter from start to finish! Richard was prompt, gave appropriate timeframe of when we could expect him to arrive. Upon his arrival he gave us a thorough walkthrough of what he would be doing.
