Ward Smith16 July 2026The gory details- We found a dead raccoon under our house, and that was only after the smell alerted us. Needless to say it was a nasty situation. Critter Control took care of it-quickly, politely, and in a professional manner. It wasn’t cheap, but i suppose you expect to pay for such a job. I wasn’t able to do it, so I did not complain at all. Grateful for their work!
Stacy Crochet1 July 2026I contacted Critter Control for squirrels in my attic. They came to my house to inspect and give me a quote on the very same week that I called. I hired them to remove the squirrels and repair the place where they were getting in. Their service was excellent. They communicated when they were coming and they showed up at the time that they said to expect them. They were professional and did quality work. They have come several more times to make sure that the problem was solved. I highly recommend this company for critter problems!

The location of the entryway for the raccoons was difficult to access, and the raccoons were incessantly trying to break back in, but the representatives kept coming back every other day to make sure the job was finished correctly.

Very pricey. But, quick and reliable. Jenna the specialist who removed the dead, bloated possum was fantastic- so competent and knowledgeable. And the District Supervisor, Brett, was very responsive. It’s just that the first guy they send is strictly sales. So you think he’s going to have you sign something and then he’s going to take care of your problem. But no, he looks at the problem, and then gives you a price and signs you up, But, instead of him taking it away, you’ll be contacted afterwards to set you up for an appointment for the specialist to remove the dead animal.

Tanita Levy8 October 2025From the top to the bottom, these guys were friendly, professional, and did a great job!!! Would highly recommend if you are in need of wildlife nuisance removal!!! Also, the service they provided was Muscovy Duck removal - didn't know this information, but these ducks are considered invasive and are allowable to be captured and removed. Great Job Critter Control!
