Our Chicago team rolled up their sleeves and put their green thumbs to work in Schaumburg, IL! We had the opportunity to volunteer with Keep America Beautiful and the Schaumburg Park District at the Spring Valley Nature Center & Heritage Farm for a beautification project.
Garden Beautification
The team planted 1,440 pollinator-friendly plants and refreshed mulch around the natural playground. The group also cleaned up the outdoor interactive play area and removed garlic mustard, an invasive weed that limits the growth of native plants. Team members from our sister brands OPC and A-Action joined the Chicago team to support the project.
