A possum was able to gain entry into my basement through the dryer vent. I called Critter Control and they responded a few hours later. John came to my residence and quickly found the unwanted critter and removed her. I am extremely happy with the service I received. Hudson at Critter Control was absolutely fantastic! He came out to remove some critters in our attic for myself and my wife. From start to finish, the experience was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy. Hudson showed up on time, clearly knew what he was doing, and took the time to explain everything instead of just rushing through the job. What really stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine care for getting the problem taken care of the right way. I was very very nervous about the animals in my ceiling and the possibility of bats. He did everything possible to ease my concerns. It’s rare to come across someone who combines great communication, professionalism, and excellent service like Hudson does. If you need pest or wildlife removed or taken care of, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hudson and Critter Control!
