Overview

Extremely common throughout the world, sparrows live in close proximity to humans. House sparrows are not native to North America, and their presence adds to the decline of native bird populations. Sparrows regularly take up residence in and around manmade buildings, which contributes to noise pollution as well as various health hazards that result from their droppings.

Removed 2 possums and 2 raccoons from the yard. Initially the lady that took my call told me feces removal was part of the job. The website states feces removal is apart of the job. But after the $200 consultation and then after removing the animals ($75 apiece) they say they don’t do feces removal unless it’s in the house. At this point I was mad and looking to rate them poorly. But they’re nice and removed 4 animals successfully. Also, inter personnel communication could be better. Seems like one technician didn’t tell another an update on the plans. We were fortunate to have a camera security system set up so we knew what we were dealing with critter wise.
