We do have seasonal activity especially during birthing seasons for various animals. However, because of our moderate climate, many animals are active all year long.
Any prevention tips for residents in your area?
Keep low hanging branches and trees cut back from the home. Keep gutters free of debris. Make sure you lawn is cut on a regular basis. Remove harborage areas in the yard such as leaf litter and wood debris. Keep bird feeders at a distance from the home. Do not leave cat and dog food outside on a regular basis. Routinely walk the perimeter of your home taking not of foundation vents, any foreign debris such as insulation or wood chips.
When should homeowners call Critter Control?
Customers should call if the are hearing unusual, scratching, or running noises at anytime during the day or night. They should also call if the see animals on their homes or in their yards on a frequent basis. Odors can be another alert that animals have invaded the home.
