COLUMBUS -- Autumn's arrival means that many critters are trying to prepare for winter and find a warm place to stay -- and that means your home may be coveted by stink bugs.
The foul-smelling pests have been swarming and trying to get inside many central Ohio homes. To keep them out, experts recommend making sure you have no cracks or openings that would allow the bugs to gain entry to your house.
Exterminators can spray the outside of the house to repel the bugs, but once the pests are inside, you're advised to carry them back outside without squishing them. Otherwise you will be in quite a stinky situation.
