A second cat trapped in a foreclosed home in Raymond was found Tuesday, police said.

Animal Allies and Critter Control found the cat around 12:10 p.m., police said.

Officials said the owners abandoned the home in January and left behind the cats, which survived on a large tub of food and previously evaded rescue attempts.

The other cat was rescued from the home Saturday.

The realtor had said the home was accessed twice within the last month for cleanup efforts, but the cats were nowhere to be seen.

There was no heat on while the cats were at the home.
